60 days full return policy
that we have carefully selected and tested for overall quality. We inspect each item before we send it your way to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Of course you have the statutory 14 day right to cancel and return your order from the day you received it, for any reason and with no justification.
Yet, because we are so confident in our collection and want you to be completely
satisfied with your purchase, we offer 60 days to return your product. You can return your items for any reason whatsoever, or just no reason at all.
You can return an item after the statutory 14 days, provided the item has not been used and that all the packaging is original and as intact as possible. We do not accept back products that have been in any way, shape or form damaged by the customer.
Please note that we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns or refunds. The customer is responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning the order. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method, or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot refund or exchange lost products.
Orders sent back to the warehouse after the 60 day exchange or refund window has passed will be returned to the customer.
How do I return or exchange a product?
whole bunch of things one uneventful Saturday night. Or you’ve just discovered that bright orange is not quite your color. It happens to the best of us. That’s why we offer a 60 day return policy for every order made at Timeless Style.
You get 60 days to send back your unused product for a refund or exchange it for a different item.
Below you’ll find some more information about our return process;
1. Find your order number on the invoice included with the package, or in the order confirmation email, and send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Entitle your email with ‘’Refund’’ or ‘’Exchange’’, depending on your wishes.
In the email, include your order number, the item you purchased and whether you wish to file for an exchange or a refund. Then include a link to whichever item you wish to exchange it for. If you lose your order number, please contact us and let us know what email address or name was used to place the order and any other information you may have about the order.
2. Wait for us to respond – don’t worry, we’ll be quick!
3. After we confirm your exchange/refund, pack the products you want to return in the original packaging you received it in and include the invoice.

5. Please send us the tracking number of the return package, or an image of the shipping receipt. That way we can process your return as soon as possible. We will be unable to exchange items that come with untracked shipping until we can confirm they have arrived. Refunds are given only upon the items arriving back to us.
Please note! We do not reserve stock. So in case you asked for an exchange and the new items are not in stock when we receive your return package, you will be given a choice of other items or a one time coupon in the exact amount you paid when making your original purchase.

When will I receive my refund?
money refund, it will be processed when we receive the item(s). PayPal will notify you via email when the refund has been processed. This usually takes 1-2 days. If you made the payment using a debit or credit card as your PayPal funding method, it may take an additional 3-4 business days before the refund shows up in your bank account or on your credit card statement. In case the refund has taken longer than 3-4 business days after your’ve received the email confirmation, please turn directly to the PayPal support.
My product broke, what do I do?
to hear that! Broken products are not cool and we will do our very best to make everything right again.
Please let us know what happened and send us a photo or video of the broken product via email at email@example.com. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible to help you out.
Did my return package arrive?
Will my shipping cost be refunded?
will only be refunded if you’re making an exchange or applying for a refund because of product defects and issues. If you’re returning a product that there’s nothing wrong with to exchange it or get refunded, the return shipping cost will not be refunded.
If there’s an issue with just one of your products and you send back all of them, we will refund you in full, including the return shipping.
If you are only returning some of your purchased products due to issues, you will only be refunded for the products you’re returning and return shipping.
To get refunded for shipping, please provide us with a proof of purchase via email in the form of a receipt. Once the product reaches us, we will process a refund.

Do you offer a return label?
return policy but unfortunately, we cannot offer a return shipping label. If you’re returning a product that is not defective or damaged because of actions outside of your control, you will be asked to cover the shipping cost.
Can I return a product without an invoice?
If possible, invoices are preferred, since they make the process faster and easier. If you lost or got rid of yours, however, we will do our best to provide you with the needed steps to allow you to return your product. You will most likely be asked to provide us with your order number, address, full name and other information that would help us.
